Cancellation process – A cancellation notice given 14 days or more before the event date incurs no cancellation charge. A cancellation notice given 7 days or more before the event date incurs a 50% of agreed fee cancellation charge. A cancellation notice given 3 days or more before the event date incurs a 75% of agreed fee cancellation charge. Any cancellation between 0 and 3 days before the event incurs a 100% of agreed fee cancellation charge.
You should always use the bike(s) in a safe and appropriate manner and take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of all users. Please read and adhere to the risk assessment and method statement provided.
Love Smoothies Blender Bikes Ltd does not exclude or limit it’s liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable); (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; and (d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Subject to the above Love Smoothies Blender Bikes Ltd expressly excludes any and all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to you or any third parties including users. Including, without limitation, any claims in contract or tort or in relation to personal injury or death arising from your or a third parties’ negligence.
The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the blender bikes during the hire period and will be charged by Love Smoothies Blender Bikes for any incurred. This includes the bike, blender attachment, blender jug and lid or any other equipment supplied.
When in use the blender bikes will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The hirer will carry public liability insurance in the event that an accident occurs involving the blender bike.
If left unattended or stored for a period of time the blender bike will be protected against theft or damage.
The blender bike and any other equipment supplied remains the property of Love Smoothies Blender Bikes at all times.
Love Smoothies Blender Bikes Ltd reserves the right not to hire equipment to any individual or organisation.
